Payment Options

We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

The fee for your initial examination is payable at the time of your appointment. Payment for office services are encouraged at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made.

All patients with outstanding account balances are billed on the 25th of each month. Payment is due by the 10th of the month. Patient account balances over 30 days are charged a finance charge of 18% per annum. All accounts must be paid in full within 90 days from the date of service.

Dental Insurance

Our office is happy to cooperate with patients who have dental insurance. Various programs cover as little as 30% to as much as 80%. Almost every dental plan has a provision limiting dollar disbursement by the insurance company for covered services. Rarely is coverage 100%. Your particular program may base its allowances on a fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our office fees. Please remember, however, the financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and this office and is not dependent upon insurance coverage. Please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment.
